Participants interested in delivering a session at the World Hospital at Home Congress 2027 are invited to submit a session proposal.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All submissions will undergo a review by the Scientific Committee and may be accepted or rejected.  The Committee reserves the right to change some of the elements of the accepted proposals (e.g. the duration of the session).

Submitters are encouraged to consider and include speakers from different countries and backgrounds/presenting diverse examples. Such proposals will have an advantage during the evaluation process.

The proposal submitter is responsible for ensuring that the session speakers adhere to all deadlines, as well as for coordinating the session execution if the proposal is accepted. All communications from the Congress Organisers in regards to the session will be directed to the proposar.

NB! Please kindly note that any proposal that includes industry representatives will be considered as an industry proposal.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

  • All proposals must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need help, please arrange for the review of your proposal by a colleague who is a native English speaker, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) or by a copy editor, prior to submission.
  • Proposals must be submitted via the website only.
  • Proposals submitted by email will not be accepted.
  • Please do not submit multiple copies of the same proposal.
  • Proposals must be received by the announced deadline. Please note: after the submission deadline proposals cannot be modified or corrected.
  • All proposals will be forwarded to the Scientific Committee for review.
  • You will receive confirmation email that your submission has been received. Please contact the Congress Secretariat if you have not received a confirmation at whahc_abstracts@kenes.com 
  • Accepted speakers must be registered participants. Proposal submitters will receive a registration deadline via email together with the status of their submission. Only sessions with speakers who have paid their registration fees before the indicated date will be scheduled in the program.
  • Submission of a proposal acknowledges your acceptance for the session to be live-streamed, recorded and uploaded to the WHAHC 2027 online platform.
  • Notifications regarding the status of the submission will be sent once the review process is complete.
  • Conflicts of Interest / Disclosure: Proposal submitters will be requested to confirm that they declare any conflict of interests in the session at the Congress.
 

PROPOSAL SUBMITTERS’ DECLARATION

Disclosure of financial relationships that the author(s) may have with the manufacturer/supplier of any commercial products or services related to the work, should be indicated in the appropriate box on the submission form.

The presenting authors are required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the presentations before submission.

The Organisers reserve the right to remove from any publications a session which does not comply with the above.
